 rs joined BI in January 2022 as a HF medical educator following  an exten
 sive career in intensive care\, cardiothoracic ITU and cardiology before w
 orking for 18 as a heart failure nurse specialist in both secondary care a
 nd the community. Her last placement was a clinical lead heart failure nur
 se managing a team of nurses and various projects in heart failure. Helena
  is a non-medical prescriber with a degree in health care studies and has 
 various courses studied at master’s level including advanced communicati
 on. Helena is a Queens nurse which means she is committed to high standard
 s of practice and patient centred care. She has helped set up the British 
 Society of Heart Failure Nurse Forum and has facilitated a myriad of educa
 tion programs including level 6 and 7 heart failure courses. Helena has a 
 passion for heart failure and heart failure education. She is currently in
  the third year of the Doctorate in Nursing course at Oxford Brookes Unive
 rsity. She also works one day a week at Enfield managing a project on ineq
 ualities and HF.\n\nDr Ameet Bakhai - Consultant Cardiologist\n\nR&amp\;D 
 Director at the Royal Free London NHS Trust UK\, a Harvard Scholar\, and a
  Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and the European Society of Car
 diology. \n\nHe has enabled innovation of drugs\, devices and diagnostics 
 in multiple cardiac areas of heart failure\, atrial fibrillation\, acute c
 oronary syndromes and risk factor reduction for cardiovascular events. \n\
 nHe is a founder\, author and has published over 100 papers and received a
  national award for a decade of work in clinical cardiovascular research f
 rom the Royal College of Physicians and is a recognised for Clinical Trial
 s &amp\; Research\, Technology Innovation and Medical Education.
