July TARGET – Primary and Secondary Care Cases – South & Central

This session will focus on a small number of cases presented that lead into discussions and sharing of learning.

For this session we are asking our practices and clinicians to bring their own cases to this session to be presented by those involved with them. We’re particularly keen for those which had an interesting diagnosis (so we can all put our thinking caps on!) or led to important learning points that we can share with a wide audience.
