DESCRIPTION:During this session\, we are offering 3 different breakout room
 s and the chance for you to attend 2 of them. Please see below the listed 
 breakout rooms and topics they will be discussing. Each of these will be 1
 hr long as per the agenda below.\n\n\nBreakout Room 1 - GP Appraisal\n- Di
 scussing updates to the GP appraisal process\n\n-Update on appropriate evi
 dence to provide for your appraisal lead by one of our head appraisers Dr 
 Myers.\n\nBreakout Room 2 - Diabetes\n\n- Type 2 Diabetes in Young People\
 , Diabetic Foot Checks and Care of diabetes patients within the Primary Ca
 re setting.\n\n-The aim of this session is to share knowledge about new pa
 thways\, meet RDaSH colleagues\, podiatry and learn about implications of 
 diabetes.\nBreakout Room 3 - SY Training Hub\nThe South Yorkshire Primary 
 Care Workforce &amp\; Training Hub will be hosting a session to showcase t
 he diverse range of programmes they offer for both clinical and non-clinic
 al staff in General Practice. These include initiatives such as the GP new
  to practice fellowship\, Practice Nurse and Nursing Associate programmes\
 , as well as training for reception and administrative teams. The session 
 will also cover available funding for areas like non-medical prescribing\,
  ACP training\, and CPD. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questi
 ons and share their training needs. This is a valuable opportunity to lea
 rn more about the support available to retain staff\, develop skills and a
