Aims of this session:

1.      To hear about the great work happening in primary care across Doncaster

2.      To increase awareness of health inequalities in Doncaster and hear stories of people experiencing health inequalities

3.      To recognise the pivotal role played by GP reception & admin teams to support people experiencing health inequalities and acknowledge challenges they face, whilst trying to provide this support

4.      To share with each other the good work that is already happening and consider what further support is needed for both reception and admin teams and patients
